My name is Scott Mann, and I have been a disc jockey and M.C. for over 20 years. I love this career! Over 2000 receptions later, I continue to look forward to each and every event. If you have a moment, I would like to take you on a nickel tour of our services…
We will begin our tour in the performance department on your wedding day. I, and any assistants (maximum of two), will be appropriately dressed in tuxedos waiting for the first guests to arrive. I like to be set up and ready, playing background music of your choice, to insure a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere. (picture) I have worked in radio, nightclubs, and the wedding environment for many years. I feel this gives me the ability to relate to anyone from your grandparents to your nieces and nephews; and most of all… YOU! Any announcements I make are very friendly, but concise and to the point. I will continually draw the group’s attention to the two of you. After all, it’s your day! Next stop…the hardware department. I can provide a sound system for any size reception big or small (picture), as well as a compact ceremony system, when needed. (picture) I am a qualified audio engineer, so you can be assured that the sound on YOUR day will be excellent. I also carry wireless microphones. This enables me to make announcements from the dance floor or out among your guests. Most importantly, any toasts or special wishes that the Best Man would like to say can be made right from the head table, wherever it might be. Let’s talk music! My music collection is 100% compact disc. It ranges anywhere from 20’s to Today, Country to Classical, Love Songs to Top 40. I encourage and can fill over 80% of spontaneous requests from you and your guests. (pictures) My services include a free consultation. I will meet with you and anyone else you would like before any commitments are made and deposits given. This gives you the opportunity to get to know me so that you feel comfortable and relaxed at your reception. Also at this meeting, we will plan an agenda of the events that you want to occur, and in what order. This will insure that the day flows smoothly with no uncomfortable pauses. By choosing my services, you know we will do our very best on your most important day. Our goal is to have you arrive at your reception relaxed and not worry about a single thing. Enjoy!
